Warranty

All our Jolly Swags and True Blue swags come with a warranty.

The 5-star Jolly Swags are warrantied for 5 years with a lifetime warranty on fibreglass poles and zips against material and manufacturing faults.

The True Blue 4-star Swags are warrantied for 4 years with a life time warranty on the green poles.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty should, in the wholesalers opinion, a problem be caused by abuse, misuse and/or lack of reasonable care or other factors beyond our control.

Warranty Conditions & Claims Procedure:.
Standard warranty requirements apply and include the following:
1. Warranty claims must be inspected in our warehouse unless they are obvious or are minor problems that can easily be repaired locally.
2. We promise to repair defects under warranty, not hand out a new product unless waranted. We will ofcourse do our best to resolce problems quickly and efficiently and if there seems to be a serious problem and urgency we will supply a loan swag.
3. To return a product for checking/testing it is necessary to first contact us to discuss the problem (email: info@swagsonline.com.au). We will then send a form to be filled in and sent back to us.
4. If there apears to ba a genuine claim the swag canvas only must be adequately packed and returned in a clean condition via post to our warehouse. We will then repair or replace the swag dependent on the problem and return it free of charge. (If a swag arrives in an unclean state we must immediately return if as current Health & Hygiene legislation precludes handling of any such product.)
5. Removal of the swag label may cause the warranty to be void. This label indicates the year of manufacture & month of assembly as well as general information current at that time.

General Return Policy:

1. Claims regarding non receipt of goods must be made within 10days of placing the order.
2. Returns must be adequately packed & will not be accepted without prior consent.
3. Return freight costs must be paid by the customer. This cost will be re-imbursed if goods are found to be faulty.
