Shipping Prices:
To make your online shopping experience easier we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia for all our customers. This offer is however available for a limited time.

Normal Shipping Prices (Not applicable when FREE SHIPPING is being offered):
To Major Cities = $12.00
Outside Major Cities (NSW, VIC or QLD) = $24.00
Outside Major Cities (SA, WA, TAS or NT) = $35.00.

Delivery Times:
Orders are mostly dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them.

Delivery generally takes a 1-3 business days for delivery to major cities.

For delivery to areas outside major cities postage may take up to 5 business days.

For delivery to Western Australia postage can take up to 10 working days.

We use Star Track couriers to deliver our swags.

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us at info@swagsonline.com.au as your order may be missing with the couriers. We will arrange a solution with the couriers to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Please note that at times of high density our couriers sometimes take a little longer to deliver due to the large amount of orders. This typically only occurs around Christmas.
